纤维桩核及铸造桩核修复残根残冠临床疗效观察[摘要]目的:比较并评价石英纤维桩核与铸造桩核修复牙体缺损的临床效果。方法:选取92例患者107颗牙体严重缺损为残冠残根的患牙,随机分为两组,实验组43例患者50颗患牙用石英纤维桩增强复合树脂核修复,对照组49例患者57颗患牙用镍铬合金铸造桩核修复,两组患牙均用金属附熔烤瓷全冠修复牙体外形。观察36个月后,统计两组修复体的成功率,并用χ2检验。结果:石英纤维桩核修复组桩核脱落和折断各1颗,无1例发生根折、牙龈着色,其成功率为96%(48/50),铸造桩核修复组发生根折5颗,桩核脱落2颗,牙龈着色1颗,其成功率是86%(49/57)),两组结果差别有统计意义。结论:石英纤维桩核是修复残冠残根比较理想的桩核材料。 [关键词]石英纤维;桩核;修复;残冠残根 [中图分类号]R783 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455(2011)04-0653-03 Clinical observation of fiber post-core and metal cast post-core in the restoration of residual crown and root ZHOU Li-ying,BAO Xiang-jun (Departement of Prosthetic Dentistry,Shanghai Stomatological Disease Center,Shanghai 200001,China) Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of fiber post-core and metal cast post-core in the restoration of residual crown and root. Methods 107 defect teeth of residual crown and root (92 cases)were divided into 2 groups randomly.group1 includes 50 defect teeth(43cases) restored with quartzfiber post-core,group 2 includes 57defect teeth(49cases) restoredwith metal cast post-core of Ni-Cr alloy. 2 groups were restored with porcelain fused metal(PFM) crown.The success rate of prostheses was observed after 36 months.The date was statistically analyzed by χ2 test.Results There was no one root fracture and gingival grey line happened in group1 which restored with quartzfiber post-core ,only 1 pose-core loose and fractured.meanwhile,in group2 restored with metal cast post-core,4 root fracture and 3post-core loose were found and 1 tooth with gingival grey line.thesuccess rate of prosthesesin group 1 (48/50,96%)was higher than that in group 2(49/57 86%).The difference of the success rate between two groups wasstatisticallysignificant. Conclusion Fiber post-core was more suitable to restore the residual crown and root.
