浅议急性左心衰竭急救及护理探析[摘要] 目的 探讨急性左心衰竭的急救及护理体会。方法 对我院42例急性左心衰竭患者的急救护理进行回顾性分析。结果 40例急性左心衰竭患者经过及时抢救和精心护理，均治愈出院；2例病情加重，经抢救无效死亡。结论 急性左心衰竭症状严重、病情凶险，如不及时抢救，可迅速导致休克、昏迷，甚至死亡。护理人员应掌握急性左心衰竭发病的症状、体征、加强巡视，严密观察病情，及时发现急性左心衰竭的早期征象；抢救过程中，护士快速、敏捷的应急能力和熟练的抢救技能是确保抢救成功的基础；医护的默契配合，准确及时的药物治疗，是抢救成功的重要保证；同时对病人要有同情心，给予情感支持及心理安慰，避免不良刺激，稳定病人情绪，配合治疗，也非常重要。 [关键词]急性左心衰竭； 急救； 护理体会 [中图分类号] R541.6[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1005-0515（2011）-02-016-02 Acute left heart failure of emergency and nursing experience WangKePing (SICHUAN GUANGYUAN city maternity and child care centers,SICHUAN GUANGYUAN 628000) [Abstract] Objective acute left heart failure emergency and nursing experience.
