内置式牵引器经腭横缝牵引成骨对上颌骨及腭骨形态探究[摘要]目的:在实验动物腭部置入牵引器,通过形态学观察及X线影像测量,观察SDO技术对犬上颌骨及腭骨形态生长发育影响。方法:选取12周龄雄性杂种犬16只,体重3~4kg,随机分为NC组4只及实验组(SDO组)12只(2组×6只)。牵引器直径分别为0.9mm、1.0mm。牵引器压缩前长度为2.8cm。牵引器在压缩距离为0.5~1.8cm时张力值分别为250~480g、350~760g。2个实验组牵引28~35天,陆续将3组犬处死。观察记录3组犬的腭部形态变化及牙合关系变化。定期拍摄定上颌咬合片。结果:SDOI和II组与NC组相比,硬腭长度明显增大。其中SDOII组硬腭长度增大更为明显。结论:SDO技术明显延长腭骨长度,前移上颌骨。 [关键词]经骨缝牵引成骨;腭骨;上颌骨;组织再生 [中图分类号]R782 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455(2011)03-0387-04 Influence of trans-sutural distraction on the morphologic development of maxillae and palatine bone CHANG Shi-min1,LIU Chun-ming2,YAO Yu-sheng3 (1.Department of Stomatology,Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University,Beijing 100050,China;2.Department of Plastic Surgery,General Hospital of PLA;3.Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,Scond affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical University) Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the structural changes of maxillae and palatine bone during and after trans-sutural distraction.Methods Sixteen 12-week mongred dogs,with body weight about 4kg, were randomly assigned into three groups:the Normal Control (NC) group(n=4),experimental group(SDO) I(n=6) and experimental group (SDO)II (n=6).Internal distractors made of TiNical memory alloy, with two initial force levels of 480g×2 and 760g×2 were inserted into maxillae and palatine bone across the transvers palatine suture of the two experimentmental group respectively.Clinical observation and X-ray analysis were performed regularly during the experimental period. The structural changes of maxillae and palatine bone were analyzed.
