First, we must recognize that teachers are people, since it is people can not be perfect, almighty. Teachers should learn to understand ourselves, dialectical view of their advantages and disadvantages. We can continue to fill the knowledge culture and moral quality by itself to continue learning, suitable for social development, to meet the various needs of students, however, we dont think of yourself as a Almighty, but also do not think everything is higher than that of students.
