十五层建给排水设计.doc

摘 要 本设计是某十五层民用住宅楼的建筑给排水设计，主要包括给水系统、排水系统消防系统、热水系统和屋面雨水系统五个部分。 给水系统采用分区供水，一到六层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。七层到十五层为高区，采用上行下给的供水方式，由地下车库的供水泵供水到屋顶的高位水箱，再由高位水箱向高区管网供水；排水系统采用的是污、废合流制，底层单独排水，排水立管仅设伸顶通气管，污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网；消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。热水采用的是封闭式机械半循环系统，分区情况和冷水系统一致，冷水通过电加热器集中加热后，再由提升泵供向配水管网；雨水采用的是内排水系统，雨水直接排向市政污水管网。给水管和排水管分别采用PP—R管和UPVC管，消防系统和热水系统都采用镀锌钢管。 设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算,以及各种设备的选型,并做工程概算和Excel宏编制程序。最后用CAD绘制了各个系统的平面施工图和系统轴侧图。 关键词：高层建筑 ；建筑给排水；给水管材 Abstract This design is a 15 layers buildings of the public residence building to , completing the design of the water supply system and draining the system, fire fight system, the hot water system and the system of the roof rain water.
