摘 要 随着建筑业的不断发展，混凝土用量也在不断增加。现场搅拌混凝土的方法已 经远远不能满足施工要求，建设高效率的商品混凝土搅拌站在今天就很有必要。商 品混凝土的品质高， 污染程度小， 工程施工便捷， 商品混凝土搅拌站得到迅速发展。 但一些搅拌站存在可持续能力不足、管理手段相对落后、资源能源消耗大、高素质 的复合型人才缺乏等问题，建设一个可持续发展，管理到位，资源合理利用的搅拌 站成为本次设计的主要内容。 本设计在做了大量市场调查的前提下，从建设背景、行业政策、市场分析方面 论证了建设商品混凝土搅拌站的前景。再从生产工艺、原材料、环境保护、组织机 构等方面提出具体的建设方案，最后从资金投入、成本回收以及在进行风险分析之 后得出成功建设一个 50 万方商品混凝土搅拌站的可行性。 关键词： 混凝土 搅拌站 可行性 Abstract With the continuous development of the construction industry, the concrete consumption is also increasing. The method of site pouring concrete has been far from satisfying the construction requirements, so it is necessaryto build efficient concrete mixing plant. Since concrete has high quality, small pollution, convenient construction, commercial concrete mixing plant has developed rapidly. However, some mixing plants have several questions, for example: sustainability is weak, management tool is relatively backward, resources and energy consumption is large, high-quality compound talents are poor. Thus, the design of building a mixing plant which has sustainable development, efficient management, and rational utilization of resources is my task. After I have done a lot of market research, the construction background, industry policy and market analysis demonstrate the prospects for the construction of the concrete mixing plant. Then I put forward a specific building program from the production process, rawmaterials, environmental protection and organization. And finally from the capital investment, cost recovery and risk analysis, I get a successful program of the feasibility of building a concrete mixing station which has 50 articles.
