白塞病的肺部损害17例分析（Analysis of 17 cases of pulmonary involvement in Behcets disease） Analysis of 17 cases of pulmonary involvement in Behcets disease 2011-09-13 Wu Ronghua, Guo Yubiao, Yin Peida Behcets disease (Behcet s disease, BD) is a recurrent, with oral and genital, skin ulcer and inflammation characterized by connective tissue disease, at the same time with joint, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, urinary, lung, nervous system and other organs. Among them, the incidence of lung involvement was about 5% to 10% [1]. To further understand the clinical features of BD lung damage, we collected data from 173 patients diagnosed with BD between January 1993 and August 1998, including 17 cases of lung involvement. The analysis of lung damage is as follows. 1 clinical information 1.1 general data: 17 cases of BD patients were diagnosed in our hospital, the diagnostic criteria are in line with the September 1989 United States BD International Conference Standard, are excluded Superimposed overlap syndrome and pulmonary tuberculosis. There were 13 males and 4 females, aged 19~42 years, average (26 + 7) years, with a course of 2~26 years and an average of (4 + 2.5) years. 2 cases died, 1 cases died of hemoptysis, 1 cases died of pulmonary fibrosis and respiratory failure. 1.2 lung clinical manifestations: clinical and X-ray examination have different degrees of fever in 16 cases, 14 cases of cough, 12 cases of hemoptysis, dyspnea in 10 cases, 9 cases of pleuritic chest pain, 4 cases of respiratory failure. X-ray findings: 15 cases of lung texture disorder, 13 cases of pulmonary invasion, 6 cases of enlargement of pulmonary hilum or mediastinum enlargement, 5 cases of pneumonia and atelectasis, 3 cases of pleural effusion and pulmonary fibrosis. 1.3 laboratory examination: erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK) increased in 17 cases, 16 cases of inverted A/G, C reactive protein (CRP) increased, anemia in 15 cases, anti ANA antibody and anti dsD
