压水堆核电厂主管道静态
铸造质量控制措施的研究

摘要：文章分析确定了影响压水堆核电厂M310堆型主管道弯头静态铸造质量的主要原因。从
加强对原材料的精选、检验，改进砂型制作工艺和浇注工艺，提高人员精益管理水平，减少人
因失误3个方面制定了质量控制措施，福清l、2号机组主管道静态铸造弯头的铸造缺陷均下降
到只有实施前项目缺陷总数的50％以下，静态铸造的质量得到有效提高，节省了处理缺陷的成
本，也赢得了产品交付进度。制定的质量控制措施对核电主管道设备的铸造工艺改进有良好的
借鉴意义，也为进一步研究主管道静态铸造质量控制措施积累了宝贵的经验。
