循环流化床锅炉放大特性与紧凑化设计

摘要:放大特性是循环流化床(CFB)锅炉大型化的重要技术问题,炉膛放大设计需要研究二次风的穿
透性、给煤和循环灰的扩散均匀性及气固流动稳定性等炉内过程。提出了CFB锅炉放大设计的
基本原则和炉膛有效高度的计算公式,并对CFB锅炉放大设计的关键技术进行了分析。通过实
炉测试和数值模拟,可指导CFB锅炉的放大设计,以确定锅炉最佳性能时的最合理结构尺寸。
紧凑化是CFB锅炉大型化的重要趋势,对外置换热器、分离器等关键部件的紧凑化设计方法进
行了分析讨论。
