工艺·技术·应用 添加LiFe O 对NiZn 铁氧体材料性能的影响 5 8 孙蒋平，聂 敏，徐方舟，申志刚 (天通控股股份有限公司 磁性材料事业本部, 浙江海宁 314400) 摘 要：采用传统氧化物法制备NiZn 铁氧体材料，考察了添加锂铁氧体LiFe O 对NiZn 铁氧体材料电磁 5 8 性能的影响。实验表明，添加少量LiFe O 可以提高NiZn 铁氧体材料的烧结密度、起始磁导率和品质因数Q， 5 8 但是过高的烧结温度会造成材料的晶粒过度生长，从而 Q 值下降；当 LiFe O 的添加量为 5wt%、烧结温度为 5 8 1060℃时，制备的材料具有较高的起始磁导率和Q 值。 关键词： NiZn 铁氧体材料；LiFe O 添加；磁性能 5 8 + 中图分类号：TM277 .1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001-3830(2013)01-0044-03 Effect of LiFe O dopant on the properties of NiZn ferrite material 5 8 SUN Jiang-ping, NIE Min, XU Fang-zhou, SHEN Zhi-gang Magnetic Material SBU, TDG Holding Co, Ltd, Haining 314400, China Abstract: Conventional oxide ceramic method was used to prepare NiZn ferrites, and effect of LiFe O dopant 5 8 on their magnetic properties was studied.
