According to the ideas and methods of lean manufacturing, the author establish lean manufacturing system for assembly shop,and provide optimization proposal in terms of lean manufacturing tools,such as value communication analysis,total productive maintenance,Anti-error method, visual management,kanban pull system,promotion,5S , Single Minute Exchange of Die and so on.Then the author use related methods to improve and design production process of assembly shop.In the end, according to the practice and outcomes of lean manufacturing in dunan company, the author prove that the implementation of lean manufacturing can indeed eliminate waste, reduce cost, and then improve management leve
