糖尿病患者主要照顾者压力情绪影响因素研究 刘琼玲1 ,李雪洁2 ,吴伊茄3 （广东医学院 东莞523800） 【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病患者主要照顾者压力情绪的影响因素。方法 使用Profile of Mood States（POMS）、 Sense of Coherence（SOC）等量表，从①压力源—患者情况，②照顾者的压力应对资源，③照顾者对压力的认知等项目进行调查，以POMS的6个情绪特征作为因变量，进行回归分析。结果 照顾者出现 [紧张-不安]、[抑郁一沮丧]、[愤怒-敌意]、[疲乏一迟钝]、[迷惑一混乱]、[精力一活力]情绪的分别为29.9%、40.2%、34.1%、30.6%、49.1%、28.7%；照顾[男性]、[有职业]、[血糖值高]、[正在进行胰岛素治疗]、[有三大并发症] 的患者是影响照顾者压力情绪的主要因素，特别是照顾[正在进行胰岛素治疗]的患者是照顾者出现[抑郁一沮丧]、[疲乏一迟钝]、[迷惑一混乱]负面情绪的共同影响因素，而[SOC]对6种压力情绪均有影响。结论 医护人员应对照顾者提供 针对性指导援助及社会家庭支持，缓解其负面情绪；开展能提高照顾者SOC的研究。 关键词 糖尿病 照顾者 压力 情绪 The Study on Influenced Factors in Stress and Emotion of the Diabetic Patients’ Caregiver [Abstract] Objective investigate the influenced factors in stress and emotion of the diabetic patients’ caregiver. Method: investigate the caregiver on stressor(from the patient), the stress cognitive appraisal and coping resources with Profile of Mood States（POMS）,Sense of Coherence（SOC）,and regression analysis is used for data processing in six stress and emotion of POMS. Results: the occurrence rate of caregiver with Tension-Anxiety, Depression-Dejection, Anger-Hostility, Fatigue-Inertia, Confusion-Bewilderment, and Vigor-Activity are 22.9%, 40.2%, 34.1%, 30.6%,49.1% and 28.7%. There are 5 primary factors that influence stress and emotion of the diabetic patients’ caregiver, such as patients with male, employed, Hyperglycemia, insulin treatment, three complications. Especially the insulin treatment diabetic patients’ caregiver has more Depression-Dejection ,Fatigue-Inertia ,Confusion-Bewilderment than the others, and the SOC can respond to all the six stress and emotion.Conclusion: the medical personnel should give direction support to the caregiver in order to relieve the negative emotions, so should the social and the Family. And more nursing researches should be carried out to increase the caregivers SOC.
