Methods using reverse probe hybridization according to HCV 5 - untranslated region of the genome design method for the determination of (INNOLiPA, HCV II), from six in 17 copies of anti -HCV and anti -HIV-1 positive samples of HCV gene type type. Results among the 17 specimens, 7 (41.18%) were I (1b) viruses, 5 (29.41%) were II (2a/2c) viruses, and 5 (29.41%) were I (1b) and II (2a/2c) mixed viruses. Conclusion there were I (1b), II (2a/2c) and I (1b) and HIV-1 (2a/2c) - type mixed HCV in the specimens of HCV and CO infection. Notably, the rate of type II HCV infection that is insensitive to interferon alfa and tends to lead to severe chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma accounts for 70.58% (12/17).
