雷贝拉唑四联治疗幽门螺杆菌感染临床观察[摘要] 目的 了解以雷贝拉唑为中心四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的临床效果。 方法 将2009年3月～2010年11月两家医院诊断为Hp感染的患儿随机分为治疗组、对照组，两组年龄、性别、胃溃疡发生率、胃炎发生率比较，P 0.05，差异无统计学意义。在相同基础治疗（阿莫西林+甲硝唑+蒙脱石散+饮食指导）的基础上，治疗组给予雷贝拉唑0.6～0.8 mg/（kg·d），对照组加用西咪替丁20 mg/（kg·d），bid，疗程2周。对两组治疗后腹痛、上腹饱胀、食欲不振等症状缓解时间、Hp清除率、临床好转率进行比较。 结果 症状缓解时间治疗组短于对照组，Hp清除率、临床好转率治疗组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。 结论 以雷贝拉唑为中心的四联疗法治疗Hp感染，具有起效快、症状缓解迅速，能够更好的清除Hp，是值得临床广泛应用的方法。 [关键词] 雷贝拉唑；幽门螺杆菌；胃溃疡；胃炎；治疗 [中图分类号] R57 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）07（c）-0025-02 Clinical effect of the quadruple therapy with Rabeprazole on the patients suffered from helicobacter pylori HE Ying LI Shunpin WAN Ming▲ Department of Peadiatrics, the Second People′s Hospital of Panzhihua City in Sichuan Province, Panzhihua 617023, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of the complex treatment with Rabeprazole in the patients suffered from helicobacter pylori. Methods The diagnosis of Hp infection patients who were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, two groups of age, sex, gastric ulcer incidence, gastritis incidence was compared, P 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. In the same basic therapy (amoxicillin+metronidazole+montmorillonite powder+diet guidance), the treatment group was given Rabeprazole 0.6 to 0.8 mg/(kg·d), and the control group with cimetidine 20 mg/(kg·d), bid, the treatment for two weeks. After the treatment of abdominal pain, epigastric full bilge, loss of appetite of symptoms such as time, Hp clearance, clinical recovery were compared in two groups. Results The symptoms time in treatment group was shorter than the control group, the Hp clearance, clinical recovery in the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion Rabeprazole is the center for quadruple therapy for Hp infection, it has the effect to fast, symptoms quickly, it can better clear Hp, it is worth the clinical widely applied to the method.
