Eu掺杂硅酸盐
稀土掺杂硅酸盐的发光性能研究
摘要
本文采用高温固相法合成了硅酸盐系发光材CaSiO3:Eu3+。用荧光光谱分析仪Hitachi F-4600测得了各样品的激发光谱和发射光谱。实验主要通过三个方面研究了影响CaSiO3:Eu3+发光性能的因素:1. CaSiO3:Eu3+灼烧温度的影响,灼烧温度分别为1100,1150,1175,1200,1250℃;2.激活剂Eu3+浓度的影响,Eu3+掺杂浓度x=1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 20, 30mol%;3. CaSiO3:Eu3+灼烧保温时长的影响,保温时间为2, 3, 6, 9 ,12h。
研究不同灼烧温度下CaSiO3:Eu3+的发光性能,发现从1100℃-1175℃发光强度明显提高,灼烧温度高于1175℃,发光强度反而出现减弱。研究发现激活剂Eu3+在一定浓度范围内(≤9mol%)掺杂,发光强度随浓度提高而增强,在9%-15mol%浓度范围内时,则随浓度增加发光强度会下降,当浓度大于15mol%,发光强度会有一定的提高。研究发现保温时间从2h-12h的发光性能获得持续改善。

ABSTRACT
The synthesis of the silicate luminescent material CaSiO3: Eu3 + was made in high-temperature solid-phase method. Then we tested the samples by the fluorescence spectrometer Hitachi F-4600 to get the measured excitation and emission spectra. Experimental studies, mainly through three aspects that affect CaSiO3: Eu3 + luminescence factors: 1) ignition temperature, the ignition temperatures were 1150, 1175, 1200, 1250℃; 2) activator concentration of Eu3+, Eu3+ doping concentration x = 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 20, 30mol%; 3) CaSiO3: Eu3+ duration of insulation, the time is 2, 3, 6, 9, 12h.
Effects of different ignition temperatures CaSiO3: Eu3 + luminescence properties showed from 1150 ℃ to 1175 ℃ luminous intensity significantly improved .When ignition temperature is higher than 1175 ℃, light intensity gets weakened. It is found that in a certain concentration range (≤ 9 mol %) luminescence intensity increased with the Eu3+ concentration is enhanced. In the 9%-15mol% concentration range, then the luminescence intensity decreases when concentration increases. When the concentration is greater than 15mol %, there will be some increase luminous intensity. Study found that the luminescent properties are kept on improved when the holding time form 2h to 12h.
