The results showed that in the stress loading process, the trend about this two kinds of bedding fissures coal body was similar, which the permeability decreased with the increase of effective stress. The permeability of the two coal samples decreased by 99.01% and 80.49% when the effective stress was loaded to the maximum value. In the stress unloading process, permeability of the two coal samples increased with the decrease of effective stress. The permeability of the two coal samples recovered to 87.45% and 68.8.5% of the minimum value when the effective stress unloaded from 11.65 to 8.98 MPa. Permeability increase amplitude was 736.78% and 99.67% when the effective stress was 4.98MPa. The increase amplitude of DN1 coal sample was much bigger under the same unloading condition. The research results can provide certain reference for the gas drainage borehole layout, maximizing the the gas extraction effect.
