湿热环境下不同作业强度对机体生理参数和唾液中相关因子的影响,重庆市营养与食品安全重点实验室) [摘要]:目的 探讨在湿热环境下不同作业强度机体生理参数和唾液中相关因子的salivary cortisol,SC)、唾液淀粉酶(salivary amylase,AMS)、唾液嗜铬粒蛋白A(chromogranin A,CGA)等指标。结果 作业后心率和耳道温度显著增加,SC、AMS、CGA的含量在作业后也显著升高,体重较作业前降低。在不同强度组中,作业后心率和SC含量随着作业强度的增加逐渐升高,并与作业强度显著相关。结论 在湿热环境下作业时,心率和SC都可用来评价不同作业强度带给机体的应激负荷情况,但SC的稳定性和特异性更好。 [关键词]:军事作业;作业强度;唾液皮质醇 The effect of operation with different intensity in hot and humid environment on basic Physiologic parameters and saliva-Related factors You Jia, Chen Ka*,Zhang Qianyong, Zhu Jundong, Zhou Yong, Wang Bin, Yi Long, Chang Hui, Zhang Ting, Lang Hedong, Shu Furong, Zeng Yuan, Mi Mantian (Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Chongqing Key Laboratory of Nutrition and Food Safety, College of Preventive Medicine, Third Military Medical University, Chongqing 400038, China) [Abstract]: Objective TO investigate the effect on basic Physiologic parameters and saliva-Related factors of operation with different intensity in hot and humid environment. Methods Eighty young male soldiers were randomly divided into low intensity group, moderate intensity group, high intensity group, and the heavy intensity group. Their body temperature, heart rate, net weight and the contents of saliva amylase (AMS), salivary cortical (SC), salivary chromogranin A (CGA) were measured before and after one hours’ military operation in hot and humid environment(WBGT 35.9±1.1℃;%RH 76.0±3.5). Results The heart rate, ear canal temperature and the contents of SC, AMS, CGA were significantly increased during exercise while the weight decreased. The heart rate and the content of SC were significantly increased with the physical activity level. Conclusion SC and Heart rate have the potential to reflect the physical stress during military operation of different intensity in hot and humid environment, but the stability and specificity of SC is better.
