4 An ECG Primer The first three chapters laid the ground work for the Quick Look chapters that follow. In fact, two vital steps in rapid ECG interpretation have already been addressed: 1) Is the rhythm too fast or too slow? and 2) Is the QRS complex wide or narrow?
