居民幸福感视角下的四川省地震灾区重建评价研究 ——以汶川、北川实地调研为例 四川大学 刘力萌、李宇萍、陈程 摘 要 本文以居民幸福感为研究视角，利用汶川、北川、梓潼三地424份问卷调研 数据，采用EXCEL进行描述性统计分析，并运用STATA软件进行T检验，从纵向 和横向两个维度研究了7年后灾后恢复重建效果，反映了灾后恢复重建的亮点和 不足；同时，本文进一步探讨了就地重建与异地重建模式下居民幸福感的差异。 研究发现：灾区精神家园重建效果显著，灾区居民对教育、食品药品、生态保护 等方面的满意度高于非灾区；在住房、收入、医疗、社会保障等方面的满意度仍 有待提高；并进一步发现异地重建模式 （北川）下的重建工作满意度要显著高于 就地重建模式 （汶川）下的重建工作满意度。基于此，本文提出了相应的政策建 议，试图为灾后恢复重建工作提供切实可行的参考。 关键词：地震灾区；居民幸福感；重建质量；重建模式 I Abstract: This paper studiesthe effects ofpost-earthquake reconstruction from the angle of well-being using comparative analysis method from dimensions of vertical andhorizontal in order to reflect the post-earthquake reconstruction’shighlights and shortcomings after 7 years. We select 424 copies of the questionnaires’data from Wenchuan, Beichuan, Zitong, using EXCEL to make descriptive statistical analysis and using STATA software to do the T test. Furthermore, the paper explores the differences of reconstruction quality between the mode of in situreconstruction and off-site reconstruction. Our research results indicate that the effects of post-disaster reconstruction of spiritualhome isremarkable, andthat residents ofthe disaster area aremore satisfiedthanthose ofthenon-disaster areatowards education,food,drug , ecologicalprotection and other aspects.It remains tobe improvedthe satisfaction of housing, income, health care, social security and so on. The study further finds that the satisfaction of reconstruction work in off-site reconstruction mode (Beichuan) is higher than that in the in situ reconstruction mode (Wenchuan). Based on these findings, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions, trying to provide practical and feasible reference to the work of post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction.
