20 11 年 1 期中电力 24 卷德阳换流站HP3 波器差动保护动作原因分析胡宇洋，余珊珊 (国家电网公司运行分公司宜昌管理处，宜昌443005) 摘要：2009 年 11 月德阳换流站进行了站系统调试工作。期间，在对HP3 滤波器进行试充电合闸时，该滤波器的两套差动保护动作。文章在对德阳换流站 HP3 滤波器的特性和保护配置情况进行简要介绍的基础上，对差动保护的动作原因进行了深入分析。分析表明此次故障是由于滤波器低端电容器组的低电位端在滤波器充电瞬间承受了过高的暂态电压，导致设备出现严重的放电现象从而引起保护动作，属设备绝缘配合不当。在调整滤波器低端电容器组和电抗器的电气连接方式后，重新进行相关试验正常。关键词：换流站；C 型滤波器；滤波器保护；绝缘配合中图分类号：TM531.5；TM771 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006-6519(20 11)01-0064-04 Reason Analysis of HP3 Filter Differential Protection Action in Deyang Converter Station HU Yu-yang，YU Shan-shan (State Grid Op eration Comp any Yichang Administrative Bureau Yichang 443005 ，China) Abstract : During the station commissioning test in November 2009 in Deyang converter station, two sets of differential protection on the HP3 filter acted when closing the switch. Given brief introduction of the characteristics of HP3 filter and its protection configuration, the reason caused the protection action was completely analyzed. The analysis result indicates that the fault is due to the low potential side of the filter low-end capacitor bank withstood overhigh transient voltage while the switch was closing, resulted in serious discharge and the differential protection action. Given the reason is inappropriate insulation coordination. After changing the low-end capacitor connection with the reactor, re-test shows normal.
