三维断层比色、配色技术在口腔修复中临床应用探究[摘要] 目的 探讨三维断层比色、配色技术在口腔修复中的临床应用。方法 对我院277例患者随机分为两组，Ⅰ组采用三维断层比色的方法为患者进行修复体选择，Ⅱ组采用常规比色方法，观察两组患者修复体带入后其色泽是否满意，由患者和医师共同评价。结果 采用三维断层比色、配色技术，患者对修复体的色泽满意度较高，达94.71%，医生的满意度为93.53%，满意度明显优于采用常规比色方法（P＜0.05），证明三维断层比色、配色技术可较好地为患者口腔提供更完美的色泽。结论 使用三维断层比色、配色技术，可在口腔修复中取得较好的效果，值得在临床推广使用。 [关键词] 三维断层；比色技术；配色技术；口腔修复 [中图分类号] R783 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）24-104-02 Study on the Clinical Application of Three-dimensional Fault Colorimetry and Color Matching Technology in Restorative Dentistry SHAN Yaping Department of Stomatology，Ningbo City Women and Children Hospital in Zhejiang Province，Ningbo 315012，China [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application of three-dimensional fault colorimetry and color matching technology in restorative dentistry.
