Toinvestigatetheeffectsofdifferentdrugsanddifferent matrices on the transdermal effect. Methods摇 Thepermeationwas studiedonrat skinwith Franz diffusing cell,thecontentofindigoandindirubinwasdetectedby HPLC. Thetransdermalpermeabilityofindigoand indirutin in whole and disassembled prescription and in different matrices were evaluated. Results摇 Skin penetration rate and cumulative infiltration in whole prescription were higher than those in disassembled prescription;The penetration of indigo was better in olive oil than in petroleum jelly,while there was no significant difference of indirubin.
