唇侧近中倾斜阻生上尖牙的导萌技巧 李爱霞1，赵玉林2，尚君兰1，刘爱莲1（郑州大学第一附属医院：1口腔科2耳鼻喉科, 郑州 450052） 摘要: 目的 探讨唇侧近中倾斜阻生上尖牙的导萌方法。方法 收集上尖牙唇侧近中倾斜阻生的患者38例。以第一磨牙带环颊侧的钩作为施力点，牵引阻生的尖牙首先向远中倾斜移动并直立，待其避开对侧切牙的压迫后，再向牙弓内移动。结果 38例患者矫治效果良好。平均治疗时间18个月。5例拔除埋伏较深的阻生尖牙，关闭牙弓间隙；4例拔除根吸收的侧切牙，19例拔除前磨牙, 其余10例未拔牙,均牵引尖牙至牙弓内。矫治过程未加重邻牙根吸收。结论 上尖牙唇侧近中倾斜阻生时，将第一磨牙带环颊侧钩作为牵引点，应用弹力线牵拉尖牙远中移动并直立后，再向牙弓内牵引，可以顺利的矫治阻生牙及保护邻牙。 关键词:上尖牙阻生 唇侧近中倾斜 中图分类号: R783.5 文献标识码；A Induced eruption methods of maxillary impacted canines with labial medial inclination LI Aixia1, ZHAO Yulin2, SHANG Junlan1, LIU Ailian1. Methods 38 cases with upper impacted canines with palatal medial inclination were selected. The impacted canine was connected to the buccal hook of the first molar band and moved distantly and uprightly and then drawn to the dental arch after the pression to the adjacent teeth was removed. Results After average 18 months treatment, 38 patients had good function. 5 cases were extracted deep impacted canines, and the space was closed. 4 cases were extracted lateral incisors of root resorption. 19 cases were removed the premolars. 9 cases were not extracted teeth. The treatment process did not aggravate root resorption of adjacent teeth. Conclusion When the canine was impacted, the canine was moved distantly and uprightly by elastic line connected to the buccal hook of the first molar band, and then drawn to the dental arch. This could avoid root resorption of the neighbour teeth.
