In this paper, through the analyses of the current problems such as lacked high-level talents and sinter-disciplinary talents, an unreasonable talent structure, and so on, we research the social factors influencing the talent team establishment and the hospital management factors, and put forward to setting up a scientific system of talent evaluation and an incentive mechanism for innovative talents, so as to rationally allocate human resources and promote a talent introduction mechanism.
