Based on this, the article starts from the general problems existing in the traditional organizational structure, analyzes the connotation of the flexibility of enterprise organizational structure, and probes into the ways and means to realize the flexibility of organizational structure in the practice of enterprise management. Thus further optimize the organizational system of enterprises, and enhance the adaptability of enterprises to the uncertain environment.
