心不过是一堆念头罢了（The heart is nothing but a pile of ideas） Jack Cinci Rinpoche: the mind is nothing but a pile of ideas Mundane faces in a persons life, like the world without end waves, wave after wave coming, but we are left with nothing whatsoever to the last, what can not, our brain through countless thoughts, an idea had many thoughts. All thoughts increase the tumult and injustice of the mind. If we reflect on the basic values of everyday behavior, and try to find out where they come from, we will find that it all stems from the fact that we fail to do the right test of things. What we do is usually based on the assumption that everything is true and has an entity. But when we look closer, we see that the phenomenal world is like a rainbow, colorful and without any entity. When there is a rainbow in the sky, there are many beautiful colors that come into view. But the rainbow can not be used as clothes to wear, and can not be used as ornaments. There is nothing we can have; all things are presented to us through a combination of causes and effects. So does the thought that rises in the heart. There is no entity truth or existence at all. Therefore, there is no reason for thought to have more power than ours, and there is no reason for us to become slaves of thought. Samsara and nirvana are created by the mind. Even so, there is nothing great about the mind, for it is nothing but a train of thought. Once we see that the thought is empty, the heart loses the power to deceive us. However, as long as it is really false thoughts as we have thought, as in the past will continue to torture us, generation after generation, let our physical and mental suffering. In order to control the purpose of the mind, we must be aware of what to do and what to avoid; we must also be vigilant and constantly examine the three aspects of the body, the mouth and the mind.
