600 M! 直接空冷凝汽器的度夏与防冻能力探讨

[摘 要] 根据大型直接空冷电厂的设计经验,对直接空冷凝汽器防冻能力和度夏能力提出看法。直接空冷系统
的度夏能力在设计时应综合考虑7 个因素,其中的外界环境因素主要是风和污垢。在系统度夏能力上,空冷面积和
风机通风能力的选择起到主导作用,可采取7 种措施。直接空冷系统的防冻能力在设计时要考虑4 个因素。采取
的设计措施包括使用更具有防冻性能的管束、采用逆流空冷凝汽器等9 种不同方式。

Abstract ] Based on the design experiences of iarge - sized direct - air - cooiing power piants the authors put forward opinions on the summer
[
spending and anti - freezing capabiiity of the direct - air cooiing condensers. 7 factors shouid be considered generaiiy in design of the summer
spending capabiiity of the direct - air - cooiing system ,of which wind and dirty are the main factors for the externai environment factors. For the
summer spending capabiiity the air cooiing area and ventiiation capacity of fans have piayed a major roie and 7 kinds of measures can be taken.
In design of the anti - freezing capabiiity of the direct - air - cooiing system 4 factors shouid be considered. The design measures inciude appiica-
tion of anti - freezing pipe bundies,reverse fiow air condensers and other different methods.
