盘式热分散更换磨片的步骤 REPLACEMENT OF DISPERSING DISCS. 1、Make sure that the power to the main motor is off. （确认主电机已断电） ?Start the hydraulic pump from the local control panel. （在现场控制盘启动液压泵） ?Set the discs to operation mode. （设定磨区在操作模式） ?Increase the discgap until the micrometer on the tracer valve indicates 7,00mm. At the same time the disc wear display should indicate 0,00mm. （把磨片间隙退至随动阀上的千分尺刻度显示7,00mm，同时磨片磨损显示值为0,00mm） ?Unlock the potentiometer and turn it until the disc gap display indicates 0,00mm.
