Which the influence affected most was that English absorbed some words and continued to use them, and these words were ones which could be divided or could be traced to the source. The messages which the sources included can not only help readers understand the differences between the meanings,but also increase the interest in learning them, in the meantime, they can also record and describe the differences and communications between English and the Hellenic Culture, which have historic and interesting characteristics. The Greek mythology had been passed on by oral form until 7 BC. With the spread of Greek poet Hesiod Theogony, Homer The Lliad and Odyssey (which described the Troy War)and many other epics appearance, the Greek mythology came to a really mature stage. Afterwards, the Greek moved to Italy and transmited the fantastic culture to Rome. The ancient Rome was a really exoteric nation and they had the ability to absorb great culture quickly. Soon, the combined the Greek mythology with their own culture and they gave their Gods Roman names,and that was why Zeus also named Jupiter, Cupid was also Erotic.
