Aug.2014 :1001-5051(2014)03-0294-06 , , (, 102200) :,.、、 3、2. ,、, .MATLAB .,. :;;; :TM761.1 :B Voltage and reactive power stereo fuzzy control of substation ZHANG Baojie, ZHANG Chao, DU Aimin (Beijing Dianyan Huayuan Electric Power Technology Co.Ltd,Beijing 102200,China) Abstract:Based on the fuzzy control theory,a stereo fuzzy control method for controlling the substation volt- age and reactive power was proposed.According to the three input variables of voltage,reactive power,and power factor,a stereo fuzzy controller for adjusting the transformer tap-changer and the capacitor was de- signed.By analyzing the control rule base and three-dimensional surface chart of the control strategy,the op- erating time of the switching transformer tap-changer and capacitor banks was reduced effectively while sustain- ing the voltage and reactive power.The simulation results of the substation voltage and the reactive power be- tween the stereo fuzzy control method and nine-zone map control method were compared by using the MAT- LAB.The stereo fuzzy control method was showed to be more superiority and feasibility.
