应用昆虫学报 Chinese Journal of App lied Entomology 20 12 ，49 (5 ) :1176— 118 1 东方 蜜蜂背单眼 的结构和胚 后发 育* 李兆英 ＊＊ (陕西 教育学院生物科学与 技术 系 西 安 7 1006 1) 摘 要 本研究 通 过 形态 解 剖 和 BrdU 免疫 组 织 化 学方 法对 东方 蜜蜂 Ap is cerana Fabricius 背 单 眼 的胚 后 发育过程 ， : 、 、 进 行 了比较研究 结果表 明 东方 蜜蜂 的每 一个 背 单 眼都包括 角膜 晶体 角膜 生成 细胞 小 网膜细胞 以及后部 的单 眼神经 。蜜蜂 的背 单 眼起 源 自头 壳上 皮 ;其 胚 后 发育的 高 峰 期 集 中在 蛹 发 育 的 前 3 d ;其 新 细 胞 主 要 来 源 于 上 皮 细胞和 圆锥形 单 眼囊 周 围细胞 的有 丝 分 裂 ;单 眼 同脑 的联 系 在 P 1 期 前 后 就 已 经建 立 ;角 膜 晶体 的形 成 在 P5 以 后 。说 明单 眼 的结构和发育同 其 功 能密切 相关 。 ， ， ， 关键词 东方 蜜蜂 背 单 眼 结构 胚 后 发育 Structure and postembryonic development of the dorsal ocellus of the honeybee (Ap is cerana ) LI Zhao-Ying ＊＊ (Department of Biological Science and Technology ，Shaanxi Institute of Education ，Xi ’an 7 1006 1 ，China) Abstract The structure and postembryonic development of the dorsal ocellus of Ap is cerana Fabricius was studied by anatomical observation and BrdU immunohistochemistry ． The results show that each ocellus consisted of cornea ， corneagenous layer ，retinular cells and ocellar nerve ． The 3 ocelli of the adult honeybee were of epidermal origin ． The development of the ocellus was most active during P 1 － P3 ． New cells were the products of mitotic divisions occurring in the epidermal cells and ocellar capsule margins． In the P 1 retinula ，axons were found making contact with interneurons from both the ocellar nerve and the brain ． The cornea appeared after the P5 stage ． Ocellar structure and develo
