电梯销售(Elevator sales) First, elevator sales personnel should have several capabilities (1) able to read our elevator standard layout. That is, according to the layout diagram to explain the elevator shaft construction technical problems, special problems can be consulted to the factory technical support personnel. (2) able to identify construction drawings relating to elevators. The salesperson shall be able to find drawings and related parameters relating to the hoistway for the customers construction drawings, including: Sectional drawing of elevator hoistway (including storey height, bottom pit depth, room height, hall door, bracket, etc.); Plan of elevator hoistway (including net dimension of plane, width and direction of door, wall thickness, etc.); Floor plan of elevator room (including plane size of engine room, relative position of hoistway and engine room, doorway location, etc.). Some construction drawings incorporate the above contents into one drawing. Many construction drawings also indicate which brand of elevator design to follow, as well as the direction of the elevator manufacturer and so on. For a larger number of elevator projects, the location and number of each lift can be determined according to the elevator shaft detail and the positioning axis of the building master plan. Sales personnel should also have some commonly used construction terminology and relevant knowledge about elevator hoistway, which will help elevator sales personnel communicate with architectural design and construction personnel. For example: beam, column and foundation lintel beam, bracket, main reinforcement, stirrups and shear wall, the concrete grade of these terms. (3) do well site measurements and record well. The sales personnel shall know what well data and methods of measurement are required for the order contract and draw up a draft according to field measurements.
