Control Panel itself has a configuration file, control.ini, which can be achieved by changing this file. This file is in the C:\windows\ directory (assuming that your Windows is in this directory), and you can open it with a tablet. The following is the content of my first paragraph of the document. With this setup, theres nothing in my control panel. Heres how it works. Specifically, the [dontload] field is added to the control.ini, followed by the *.Cpl=no, which means that the option is not displayed in the control panel.
