呼和浩特市城市园林绿化建设管理办法（Measures for the administration of the construction of urban landscaping in Hohhot） Standing Committee of the Hohhot Municipal Peoples Congress (promulgated by units)(time of promulgation)(time of implementation) Measures for the administration of the construction of urban landscaping in Hohhot (the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, June 29, 1995 seventh meeting of the Standing Committee of the tenth Hohhot Municipal Peoples Congress approved by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in November 17, 1995 Eighth Peoples Congress of the seventeenth meeting of the Standing Committee) Chapter I General Provisions The second chapter is planning and construction The third chapter, protection and management The fourth chapter, legal responsibility The fifth chapter is the supplementary provisions Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to strengthen the city landscape construction and management, to promote the development of city greening, improve the citys ecological environment, beautify the living environment, safeguarding human health, according to relevant national laws and regulations, with the actual city, the enactment of this approach. Article second these Measures shall apply to the planning, construction, protection and management of urban landscaping in the administrative area of this municipality. Third refers to the urban green space in these measures, including: (a) public green space: refers to the municipal, District, county Residential District Park, small garden, botanical garden, arboretum, zoo, scenic spots, cemetery and street greenbelt; (two) residential green space: refers to the residential areas, in addition to living in the district level park outside the other green spaces; (three) the unit attached green space: refers to the organs, organizations, schools, enterprises, institutions and other units in this environment green; (four) production green space: the nursery, grass garden and flower garden th
