It has many complications and is difficult to handle. From August 1976 to August 1996, 93 cases were treated with closed reduction, percutaneous intramedullary nail fixation or bone traction reduction and external fixation with splinting. The report is summarized as follows. 1 clinical information 1.1 general data of this group 93 cases, male 87 cases, female 6 cases. The youngest was 19 years old, the oldest 57 years old, with an average age of 32. There were 17 cases of fracture of upper femoral shaft and 79 cases of middle fracture. Among them, 42 cases were transection, 16 cases were segmental, 21 cases were comminuted, and 7 cases in lower segment were obviously displaced. Among 93 cases of hip dislocation, 3 cases had central dislocation and 90 cases had posterior dislocation. Among them, there were 8 cases of acetabular fracture, 5 cases of femoral head fracture, 4 cases of sciatic nerve injury, 3 cases of fracture of upper and lower extremities, 2 cases of ipsilateral tibiofibular fracture, 1 cases of contralateral femoral and tibial fibular fracture, and 9 cases of shock.
