Abstract
With the development of heating system to the individuation, comfort, environment protection and energy saving, more and more requests for the performance of the heating system have been put forward. The system is designed for the control of the electric heating radiator. The radiator controller uses PIC16F877 as the main controller and adopts the fuzzy control principle to realize the automatic regulation and energy saving control of the radiator energy supply. Intelligent temperature controller of the system is designed with integrated temperature sensor LM35D as the detection element, real-time data acquisition, conversion and processing of the indoor temperature, and compared with the given temperature, using the fuzzy control algorithm of the temperature deviation and deviation change rate of fuzzy control, get solid relay output on the radiator AC circuit of a cycle in the electricity power and the number of PWM control, heating radiator, realize the automatic adjustment of the indoor temperature. The automatic adjustment under the control of the actual heating power of the radiator, to achieve energy efficient control at the same time, the temperature controller can also display the temperature value manually set temperature value, and brings convenience to the user.
