· 486 ChinOphthalRes，June2009，Vo1．27，No．6 · 临床研究 · 特发性黄斑前膜的3D光学相干断层扫描特征戴荣平董方田于伟泓张枝桥韩宝玲杜虹 M acular m0rph0l0 calchanges in idiopathic epiretinalmembrane：A 3D opticalcoherencetom ography study DaiRongping，Dong Fangtian，Yu Weihong，Zhang Zhiqiao，Han Baoling，Du Hong．Departmentof Ophthalmology，PekingUnionMedicalCollegeHospital，ChineseAcademyofMedicalSciences， Be tng 100730，China Abstract 0bjective Timedomainopticalcoherencetomography(OCT)waswildlyusedinclinicforthediagnosisof idiopathicepiretinalmembrane(IERM)．Nowadays，spectraldomainOCT(3D-OCT)canprovideultra-highresolutionandhigh— speedimagingincomparisonwithtimedomainOCT．Presentstudywastoevaluatethedifferentmacularmorphologicalchangesof IERM with3D—OCTandanalyzetheinfluenceonvisualacuity． Methods 118cases(136eyes)ofIERMwerereviewedinthis study．3D OCT scanningwasperformedon allthepatientsand theparameterswereanalyzed．Morphologicalchangesofmacula zonefrom IERM wererecorded．Therelationship of3D—OCT resultswith visualacuitywasevaluated． Results Macular morphologicalchangeswerecategorisedintotypesoflamellarmacularhole(LMH)，macularpseudohole(MPH)，fovealcyst (FC)，macularedema(ME)andnormalaccordingtothefindingsofOCT．Eighteenof136eyeswerefoundwithLMH，19eyes withMPH，7eyeswithFC，57eyeswithME and35eyeswerenormalinstudiedpatients．ThevisualacuityinME groupwas0．48 ±0．28，andthatofnormalf0veagroupwas0．75±0．27，showingasignificantdifferencebetweenthem(P0．05)．Thevision acuityrfom patientswiththeunintactIS／OSrefractivesignalon3D-OCTwas0．30 ±0．2O．and thatofpatientswithintactIS／OS refractivesignalon3D—OCTwas0．64±0．28withasignificantdifferencebetweenthem(P0．05)．Thefovealthicknessinthe patientwithunintactIS／OSrefractivesignalon3D—OCT showedasignificantdifferencefrom patientwithintactIS／
