膀胱经上背部经脉段注射玻璃酸钠配合颈愈汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床探究.pdf

提 要 目的：为探讨治疗颈椎病的新方法，本研究以神经根型颈椎病这一临床最常见的 类型为例，将沿足太阳膀胱经上背部注射玻璃酸钠（放线法）和颈愈汤相结合，并对 此进行了临床分析研究。方法：将 60 例患者简单随机分为 2 组，分别是膀胱经上背 部注射玻璃酸钠配合颈愈汤组(30 例)和单独颈愈汤组(30 例)，对照观察治疗前后症 状、体征等变化。结果：膀胱经上背部注射玻璃酸钠配合颈愈汤组总有效率为 100.00%，优于单独使用颈愈汤组73.33% ；在症状、体征等方面也优于此组（P0.05）。 结论：膀胱经上背部注射玻璃酸钠配合颈愈汤治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效肯定，从 多途径对神经根型颈椎病发挥有效的治疗作用。 关键词 膀胱经；玻璃酸钠；颈愈汤；神经根型颈椎病；临床研究 The Clinical Study on combination treatment of Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian in back and JingYudecoction to CSR Speciality:Internal Medicine of T.C.M Rheumatic Disease Author:Gao Ping Tutor:Professor Zhang Liting Abstract To explore investigate the treatment of the new method of cervical spondylosis, in this study, on the analysis of clinical study ,selection of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy for example, which is the most common types of clinical, combined the treatments of Sodium Hyaluronate(actinomycetes) through bladder meridian in back and TCM—JingYu decoction. 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups according to different treatments.They were the combination group that Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian in back contained JingYu decoction and JingYu decoction group alone, and observed before and after treatment control symptoms, signs and other changes. Looking into the changes of symptoms and signs,the study showed that the curative effect of the combination group was 100.00%，which was superior to the group of JingYu decoction solely,the curative effect was 73.33%.
