毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 专 业 班 级 学生姓名 学 号 住宅小区供配电设计 课 题 ——小高层住宅楼电气施工图设计 指导教师 2012 年 6 月 5 日 1 摘 要 随着我国城镇建设大发展，住宅建筑多样化、高层化、集群化是必然趋势。 因此，完整的住宅电气设计是指由用户开始到小区建筑群结束所涉及的相关电气 设计。需要强调的是，现代住宅电气设计，无论设计思想、技术、产品选择等诸 方面，与传统大相径庭。 住宅电气设计，应以满足一般家庭用电需要和用电安全为原则。主要内容有： 户内一般照明及插座设计；供配电系统设计；住宅用电负荷计算；防雷接地系统 设计等。设计时，应结合当地供电、施工、房管等具体条件，选用的各类设施、 器件除应考虑产品容量、质量、安全性、便于维护和管理等因素外，还应为日后 用电水平的增长，留有裕量。有条件时，可考虑选用节电智能型产品。 关键词：低压配电，照明，防雷接地，有线电视，电话，宽带，可视对讲。 2 Abstract With the great development of Chinas urban construction, residential building diverse, high-level, cluster is an inevitable trend. Therefore, the complete residential electrical design is defined by the user the beginning to the end of residential buildings covered by the relevant electrical design. It is important to the modern residential electrical design, regardless of design, technology, product selection and other aspects,withtraditionaldifferent. Residential electrical design should be based on household electricity needs and meet the general principles of electrical safety. Main contents are: general indoor lighting and socket design; supply and distribution system design; residential electricity load calculation; lightning protection grounding system design.
