世界必威体育精装版医学信息文摘 2014 年第14 卷第30 期 21 ·论著· 幽门螺旋杆菌感染和血清胃蛋白酶原的关系分析 陈秀俭 （河南省安阳市滑县人民医院，河南 安阳 456400） 摘要：目的 分析幽门螺杆菌感染和血清中胃蛋白酶原的关系。方法 测定50 例阴性、30 例幽门螺杆菌抗体弱阳性患者、 30 例幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性及30 例治疗转阴者的血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ) 和胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PG Ⅱ) ，同时统计其阳性 数和阳性率。结果 幽门螺杆菌阳性组较对照组PG Ⅰ、PG Ⅱ和PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ明显下降，有显著性差异( P 0.05) ，阳性 率升高，治疗转阴组同对照组无差异（ P 0.05 ），阳性率不高。结论 通过测定血清PG Ⅰ、PG Ⅱ, 可监测幽门螺旋杆 菌感染者的治疗情况及预后观察。 关键词：幽门螺旋杆菌；血清胃蛋白酶原；分析 中图分类号：R446 文献标识码：A doi ：10.3969/j.issn.1671-3141.2014.30.010 Analysis of relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and the level of serum pepsinogen chen Xiujian Huaxian people’s hospital, anyang, Henan 456400 ABSTRACT ：Objective to analyze the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and the level of serum pepsinogen. Results the level of PG , PG and PG /PG decreased in Helicobacter pylori positive group more than that in Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅰ Ⅱ the control group, and there was significant difference (P 0.05).
