[摘要]介绍了预处理一复合厌氧一生物接触氧化工艺处理油脂工业废水的设计和运行调试工程实例。运行结果表
明，以复合厌氧一生物接触氧化为主体的工艺处理高浓度的油脂加工废水是适宜的， 该工艺处理负荷高、运行稳定．在进
水COD、BOD5、SS和油类分别为32 471．0—41 674，5 ms／L、12 751．0～16 138．3 ms／L、3 496．9 9 502．3 mg／L和271

Abstract：The design and debugging engineering example of the treatment of the wastewater from edible oil
production by pre-treatment and composite anaerobic and biological contact oxidation process are introduced
mainly．rI1le operating results indicate that，as the main process，the technology is fit for treating highly concen-
trated lipid wastewater，and has high load and steady operation．When the COD，BOD5，SS and lipid of in．flow
are 32 471．0—41 674．5 mg／L，12 751．0—16 138．3 mg／L，3 496．9—9 502．3 mg／L and 271．6—592．3 mg／L． the
