摘 要 :应用动电位法、三氯化铁浸泡试验方法比较了未钝化和硝酸钝化处理的 304 和 2304 不锈钢
在 Cl - 介质中的耐点蚀性能 ,运用金相显微镜、SEM 观察了不锈钢的组织和钝化膜的形貌 ,对 304
和 2304 不锈钢在 Cl - 介质中不同的耐点蚀行为进行了分析。结果表明 2304 不锈钢在 Cl - 介质中
的耐点蚀性能明显优于304 不锈钢 ,特别是钝化处理的 2304 不锈钢点蚀击穿电位可达到 1139 mV 。

Abstract :In this paper , potentiodynamic and chemical method were used to compare the pitting resistance of
304 and 2304 stainless steel in chloride medium with nitric passivating treatment and not. Their metallurgical
structure and the surface morphology of passivating film have been observed by metallomicroscope and SEM.
The pitting resisting action in chloride medium of 304 and 2304 stainless steel were analyzed. The results show
that the corrosion resistance of 2304 stailess steel is obviously better than 304 stainless steel , especially its pit
ting potential can reach 1139 mV after passivating treatment.
