With the introduction of near-infrared spectroscopy, there is a fast, accurate and scientific method and composition for tasting wine analysis. In this paper, the progress of the application of near infrared spectroscopy in Chinas wine industry was summarized, which has covered liquor, wine, and beer, and the further development of infrared spectroscopy technique direction was also put forward.
