The sizing ratio of 1.0, 1.67 and 2.0 are three kinds DELTA OHM LP-PYRA03 of the field systems in Changhua County assessed in this study. (T-type Thermocouple) Three Photovoltaic systems are the grid-connected type and installed at due south and inclined at 15°. System performances were monitored from May 2009 to June 2010. The daily mean 5% 1 yield (DMY) of systems were 3.963.9 and 3.85 kWh/day/kWp 2% 10 respectively. The system performance ratio were 78.95%77.77% and 76.64% respectively. By the results of system loss analysis 1 and cost analysis, the system sizing ratio of 1.0 obtained better performance and lower inverter cost. Keywords photovoltaic
