Abstract：Forthechangesoftheproductsandtheprocessconditionsduetothechangesoffeedproper—
tiesoftherefinery，areaction kineticmodelofresiduehydrodecarbonization isbuiltandverified．Underthe
conditionsof17．0MPareactionpressure，0．4 h～ LHSV，700～l000volumetrichydrogentooilratioand
380～418 reactiontemperature．thekineticparametersandtheoreticalreactiontemperatureareobtainedby
non—linearfittingofcommercialdataofstabilizedcatalystoperation(1000～2000hours)withblendedfeed
oftwoatmosphericresidues．Thecalculatedcarbonresidueunderthistemperatureiscomparedwith thetest
data．whichshowsthatthesetwodatafitwel1．Theaveragerelativeerrorofthesetwodatais1．6％ ．Thetheo·
reticalreactiontemperatureisfittedwithDOSandthesetwoareingoodlinearity．ThecalculateddataofDOS
at418℃ operatingtemperatureis548dandlaboratory dataofDOSis523d．Theaverageerrorofthesetwo
datais4．6％ ，which indicatesthattheaccuracyofthismodelishigh．Inaddition，theotherfeedstockoilis
selectedtoverifythemode1．Theaverageerrorbetweentheverificationtestdataandcalculateddataofcarbon
