轉注成型充填過程中氣孔在纖維蓆分布情形之研究 張智淵 高苑技術學院自動化工程系 摘 要 在RTM充填過程，纖維蓆被預置於模穴內，接著注入樹脂並驅離纖維蓆孔 隙中空氣。但因纖維蓆局部微觀結構差異及隨機微小擾動，使得有部份空氣殘留 於孔隙內，進而與樹脂一起流動。因此，本研究以準穩態多相達西定律來模擬纖 維內的不飽和流場及氣孔分布情形。模擬結果顯示︰在充填時氣孔多分布於流動 面附近，若持續充填時間，則氣孔將消失。氣孔分布範圍大小與纖維空孔度、入 射條件有關，端點效應會發生在主流場與燭心流場交界處。 關鍵詞︰轉注成型、多相達西定律、不飽和多孔性介質流 1 Study on Void Distribution in the Fiber Mats during the Filling Stage of RTM Chih-Yuan Chang Department of Automation Engineering Kao-Yuan Institute of Technology Kaohsiung, Taiwan 82104 Keywords: RTM, Multiphase Darcy’s law, Unsaturated flow ABSTRACT In RTM mold filling, the dry fiber mats are preplaced in the mold cavity and resin is then injected into closed mold. The resin displaces air that initially occupies the pores in the fiber mats. Owing to the random nature of the microscopic porous structure, air is trapped in the pores. Subsequently, resin and trapped air advance simultaneously through the porous medium. Multiphase Darcy’s law is used to simulate the unsaturated flow and the void distribution. The results show that the voids form in the wicking flow field and the voids will be removed as the resin is continuously filled time. The range of void distribution is dependent on the porosity of fiber mats and inlet boundary conditions. The end effect occurs near the interface between the primary flow and wicking flow. 一 、緒 論 2 強化塑膠(reinforced
