26 Tianjin Med J，Apr 2008，Vol 36 No 4 MMP一9与VEGF在舌癌中的表达及相关性研究 李宏捷 朱晓虹 张玉茹 摘要 目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶一9(MMP-9)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其相互 关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学sP法检测31例舌癌标本中MMP-9及VEGF的表达。结果：MMP一9、VEGF在舌癌中 的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关(PO．05)，而与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度无关(PO．05)。有淋巴 结转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期者MMP-9、VEGF的表达分别明显高于无淋巴结转移、TNM分期为I+Ⅱ期者 (P O．O5)。舌癌组织中MMP-9与VEGF的表达呈正相关( =0．564，P0．O1)。结论：MMP一9、VEGF在舌鳞状细胞癌的 发展、浸润和转移中起重要作用，且二者之间可能存在协同作用。 关键词 舌肿瘤 癌，鳞状细胞 明胶酶B 血管内皮生长因子 免疫组织化学 studV on the Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinases一9 and Vascular EndotheliaI Growth Factor in Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma and the Correlation between the Tw0 Marks LI Hongjie，ZHU Xiaohong，ZHANG Yuru Department ofOralPathology，co ofStomatology，TianjinMedical University，Tianjin300070，China Abstract Objective：To investigate the expression of matrix metallopmteinase-9(MMP-9)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in tongue squamous cell carcinoma，and the correlation between MMP一9 and VEGF．Methods： Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in 3 1 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma．Results：The expression of MMP-9 and VEGF was closely correlated with lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage of tongue squamous cell carcinoma(PO．05)．There was no significant correlation between two marks expression and gender，age or tumor differentiation(PO．05)．In cases with lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage 11I+IV，the expression of two marks were significantly higher than those without lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage I+Ⅱ (PO．05)．A positive correlation was found between the expression of MMP一9 and VEGF in tongue squamous cell carcinoma rs=0．564 ． PO．O1)．Conclusion：MMP-9 and VEGF may cooperate with each other and play an important role in the develo
