服装厂的工艺流程改善 摘要 当前，随着我国经济的不断发展，促进制造企业制造技术的不断提高，尤其是服装厂一类企业，人们生活水平有了很大的改善，对于衣物质量的要求高、更新频率持续上升，与此同时给服装制造业带来了加工的压力，对其效率、质量、设计都提出了较高的要求。 本文结合M服装厂掌握的相关资料：包括车间工艺流程现状、生产设施布局、人员分配、流水作业等等，从该服装厂生产车间的工艺流程中发现存在不合理和资源浪费等现象，最重要的也是最根本的问题是服装工艺流程不够严谨，存在漏洞，同时，该公司在生辰流程优化和设施布局人员管理等方面有不当的地方。从实际出发，采用流程分析法，从中找出影响该车间生产的几个瓶颈环节，从而根据这些环节提出合理改进和调整M服装厂工艺流程的合理性建议，改进目前存在的问题，帮助企业在生产流程上进行合理性优化，提高服装企业的生产力，避免资源浪费，从而促进企业的发展。 关键词：工艺流程；车间、服装 Abstract At present, with the continuous development of our economy, promote the continuous improvement of manufacturing enterprise manufacturing technology, especially in the clothing factory a kind of enterprise, the improvement of peoples living standard had the very big, tall to the requirement of quality clothing, update frequency continue to rise, at the same time brought clothing manufacturing processing pressure, for its efficiency, quality and design are put forward higher requirements. In this paper, based on the relevant data of M garment factory master: process status, production facilities, including workshop layout, personnel distribution, flow process and so on, from the clothing factory production workshop found in the process of resource waste and unreasonable phenomenon, such as the most important and most fundamental question is clothing process not rigorous, loophole, at the same time, the company in a birth process optimization and facilities layout personnel management aspects of the wrong place.From actual conditions, using the method of process, affecting the workshop several bottleneck link in production, thus to put forward the reasonable improvement and adjustment according to the link M garment factory suggest the rationality of the technological process and improve the existing problems, help enterprises to the rationality of optimization in the production process, improve the productivity of garment enterprises, avoid the waste of resources, so as to promote the development of enterprises.
