The results showed that the effect of slag basicit on deox idation capabilit is greater than that of Al O mass fraction. The higher the basicit is, the greater the deox idation 2 3 capabilit of the slag is. The deoxidation capabilit reaches almost the max imum w hen the basicit is about 4 ( slag 3) .
