摘 要 人事信息管理系统是现代企业规模化发展所必需的管理系统。通过这样的系统，企业可以更加规范的对企业的员工进行管理。以往的人力管理相比，它更灵活、方便、省时省力，是现代大中型企业不可或缺的管理工具。 本系统是针对广龙公司人事管理部门定制的人事信息管理系统。对公司的人事信息进行管理。通过本系统，管理员可对对公司的新进员工进行资料的添加，对已经离职的员工进行资料的删除，及以对有所调动员工进行资料的修改。还可以对员工的工资进行管理。本系统是对用户要求实现软件系统在功能、行为、性能、设计约束等方面的期望中开发而成的。通过对应用问题及其环境的理解与分析，为问题涉及的信息、功能及系统行为的建立模型，将用户需求精确化、完全化，最终形成需求规格说明。通过需求规格说明书的描述，逐步完成了概要设计、详细设计及测试，最终完成了本系统的设计。 系统使用VB6.0进行开发，连接后台数据库是SQL Server 2000。 用户通过使用本系统，大大的节省了各项开支，而且在办公效率上也有着长足的进步。 关键词：信息管理系统；人事管理；后台数据库；SQL Server 2000 Abstract The personnel information management system is a modern business enterprise scale to turn a development the essential management system.
